Well, I said I wasn't gonna do it. I wasn't gonna talk about the foolery that is this season of American Idol, but I just can't take it anymore. I was really looking forward to this new set of judges, well all but one. I have never been much of a fan of Nicki Minaj, I always considered her a bit disrespectful, but I never kept up with the latest Nicki drama so there wasn't much of a leg to stand on. Turns out, I didn't need anything to stand on, she showed her true colors within the first 5 minutes. After watching more than once, I began to look at things from all different angles, not just the "Mariah Carey is a legend, Nicki is a newcomer so get in line" angle and I must admit, Mariah Carey can throw shade like no other, buuuttt... Nicki still isn't right. To me, it's like this- If your teacher said something insulting to you, you're not going to say something back, you're going to smile and talk about her under your breathe. That's the road Nicki needs to take, regardless of how she feels. First off, to be honest, I still don't know why Nicki's on the show like antyway, she is so not a singer and her stuff is just booooo now that it's like, who's bright idea was that? but we're not gonna go there now. At the end of the day, it's about respect and paying your dues. How would Nicki feel if she is fortunate enough to put in 20+ years and some young whippersnapper with a smart mouth and sharp tongue comes along and starts being disrespectful? She would be going for blood, even though that's exactly what she has coming to her. One day she'll see, this behavior will definitely come to bite her in the butt. Another thing and I'm done, why did they need a fourth judge anyway? Paula did it by herself with Randy and Simon for years and we loved it.
Moving on, Parenthood is over and the way they ended it, I had to double check and make sure it wasn't the series finale. They really cleaned it up nicely for the finale. It was a great season, Christina is still alive, Crosby and Jasmine are expecting, Sarah's boss/boyfriend is moving to be near his daughter, Julia adopted the little boy (I can't think of his name) and Drew got into CalU. It was a great ending. Let's move on.
I think that'll be all for this post, there's a couple shows I wanna do a special post about, all by their lonesome so let's just call it quits. Until the next time, maybe the next show, I'll see you when I see you. Au Revoir Mi Amores!
Endings to end all endings...Parenthood/Scandal Season Finales
Well, I am sadly mistaken. THIS week was the season finale of Scandal. And a great season finale it was! They ended it just at the right spot, but I'm beginning to wonder if this will be an ongoing trend, end it with one of Oliva's associates getting into legal trouble. I just can't believe the season's over.
I'm still not sure if the president is going to come back. I don't know if he's gonna make it. I sure hope so, the VP is CRAZY! I always wonder if I think that she doesn't deserve the presidency because she's not fit to be president or because she's a woman. I know that we've come so far but somehow, deep down inside, even with my feminist opinions, I still wonder if America would benefit from a woman president. Is that horrible? I guess America hasn't really benefited from male ones either so there goes that. I feel like I'm inching towards Rob Parker so let's leave that one alone and move on.
I kind of have a feeling this will be the one problem Olivia can't fix. This is too deep, too many factors. And Harrison had a great point. It took them 2 years to find Quinn. And she was considered irrelevant until that whole thing happened. Imagine how long it would take for anyone to find a former spy. She's probably already in another country. Does anyone else feel like this show has changed television? There is definitely a new standard and I just can't wait until it comes back.
Another show has come to a season end, that's right folks, Parenthood is officially done for this season and I am officially sad. This season was another great one, and the ending was just spectacular. First, I have to say that if I was a crier, this would definitely be the episode I would be balling my eyes out, beginning to end. It was such a great display of how strong this family bond is, and it really showed that although this family isn't perfect, there is a bond and connection that everyone has, even those not blood related. What more can anybody ask for? I'm really glad that they decided to let Christina stay on the show. If she would have died, Idk how that family would have recovered. As much as I'm for the drama, I think that we still all need hope that she's going to pull through this. I'm not sure if I think she'll beat it yet though. I don't want to get my hopes up just yet.
I really respect Amber on a new level because of her bravery to let a bad thing go. I think that decision was definitely the best for her, I mean she was doing so well and she was really getting her life together. She found a job she enjoys, has her own place, own independence, and sad to say, but Ryan was bringing her down. Someone said this and it's true, if he's hitting furniture and machinery, soon it's gonna be you. So you did the right thing. To be the devil's advocate though, like was it the best decision for him? What if this was the last straw for him and pushes him over the edge? But then, is that Amber's responsibility to manage a grown man's well being? I could wrestle in my mind with this all day, so let's just move on.
I have to be honest, I wasn't exactly feelin' Sarah and her boss, I just thought that was a BAD idea. But now that things have changed, I think it might be the smartest decision she's made in a long time. I really did want her and the hot teacher to work, I promise. But we all knew deep down inside it just couldn't be. I think her boss is exactly what he needs. He's mature, he has his life together (for the most part), he owns his own business. She needs a man man, and I think he just might be that for her. I'm very interested to see where that goes.
Well I'm sure this will be it for awhile. I don't really have anything else to write about now lol. Until the next time, maybe the next show, I'll see you when I see you.

Scandal/Nashville/Parenthood Review?... Why Not?
Well, Scandal Season 2 has officially come to an end, and I have to be honest, I was less than impressed by this season. The ending was great, those last two episodes really brought it home, but this season was shall we say sub par, compared to last season. I don't really wanna discuss the whole season though, I kinda just wanna talk about the bombshell that ended the season.Well. Uh, I guess we can start with the shooting. I think it sucks that the Press girl had to die, but it's just another casualty of good TV, I guess. Of course, it all makes sense though. I mean how else will they explain why Olivia gets her job at the white house back, right? I mean, that was clever I guess. Annnyyyywho. Anyone else think its kind of predictable that they had the vice president become the president, but it was like a clever predictable. Like, everyone knows that Olivia and Fitz need to be together or life won't make sense, and if everyone remembers correctly, last season Fitz was ready to give up his presidency to be with Olivia, and she told him not to, so now he doesn't have to. I wonder how long before they get together. Like I said, its clever though because Olivia kinda moved on, if that's what you want to call it, and Mellie has been devoted to him during this time so it's like, maybe they will stay together, but mark my words, Olivia and Fitz will end up together. Mark. My. Words.
Ok so, moving on. So Nashville is officially done with it's first season also. I am a bit sad about that. This turned out to be a great show, surprisingly. I can't wait to see how it unfolds, should be quite, quite interesting. Looks like Juliette is getting married and Rayna has a bit of a sugar honey (you finish it) storm on her hands. I'll talk more later, cause I forgot what happened in the last episode.
Well, Parenthood has officially ended for the season also, and I am ready to ball my eyes out. I just wish this show took like a month off so we wouldn't get sick of it and then come right back. I miss it too much when it's gone. What else am I supposed to fill my Tuesday nights with? Unemployed? (which is actually a good show, I wasn't joking.) But it's not Parenthood. Well, looks like Sarah and the teacher are donzo, for now anyway. It's really sad but the whole world knew it was coming. They would never work. Eventually the hot teacher would start hating his life because he gave it up to be with Sarah and then it would be downhill after that. At least this is much quicker. And Amber and her hot veteran are getting pretty serious, huh? Big Shocker: he has a drug problem, well kinda sorta. They showed him popping pills, which is basically saying that he self medicates or whatever it's called. But there's a huge surprise, the guy who saw his friends die needs help to cope, who would've thought? Okay, I think I'm jumping off the sinister ship, or on, Idk. Anyway, this season wasn't the best but still, amazeballs.Wait, I just realized, next week Christina almost dies. This isn't the end! Woah, load off my shoulders. Can't wait for that one!
Uhm... I kinda feel like real housewives this season, both Atlanta and Beverly Hills, aren't really worth talking about. At least not yet anyway, it's the beginning so we're still meeting new people, deciding whether we like them or not, which is leaning towards not for Ms. Kenya. But other than that, both are pretty low key at the moment.
Welp this concludes my post, not too long, pretty proud of myself right now. I'm gonna try and really post a video next time, It's so much easier to understand me when you can see my enthusiasm. Yeah, bye.
